Thank you, Sheriff Plummer

Thank You so much for all you have done for the Dayton community! Dayton was lucky to have you looking out for them. Your common sense, level headed approach to dealing with the community made Dayton a better place to live. I know we are in good hands with the new sheriff. You have set magnificent example for him! Good luck with your new challenge. Don’t forget to have some fun along with working hard…….that always makes for a better outcome!!

You have served the citizens of Montgomery County with dignity & with a focus on the ‘law rather than who you know’. Please stand for conservative values throughout your time in Columbus.

Sheriff Plummer, Thank you for your 30 years of public service. Your experience and presence will be missed. But now you can help establish the law, rather than just carrying it out. And we know that you will do a good job.

I am no longer a republican and you no longer have a political party!
It is a cult of an authoritarian idiot!
To congratulate anyone in the republican party is now a complete and sick joke!

    Sheriff Plummer:
Thank you for your dedication and commitment to the Montgomery County community. After serving on the Grand Jury several years ago, I have a new appreciation for the behind-the-scene challenges your department faces every day as our men/women try to keep drugs off the street. I am encouraged that the Republican Party is in good hands with you at the helm. Good luck and best wishes at the State House!

Thank you for making yourself visible to your constituents as Sheriff. I pray that you honor and follow a true conservative constitutional ideology as you represent us. Do not become a RINO, support our President (he is a blessing to us all beyond measure), fight for the second amendment, fight for the lives of the unborn and work toward reducing the size of government and lowering taxes.

Hey Sheriff, this is Johnny Vance with Juvenile Court / Probation, we wish to thank you for your support of the JCARE program and efforts to eliminate gang activity and reduce gun violence in Montgomery County, especially among teens. Being in the trenches with you and your staff gave me a better understanding of the importance law enforcement having high levels of integrity, honesty and being true public servants. The hardest thing for me is change. So, acknowledging you now as State Representative instead of Sheriff or Boss. Is with deep sadness as we shared 12 years of youth outreach and crime prevention changing young lives one at a time. I will never forget one dark dangerous night we were in a really dangerous neighborhood you, me Scott and Lyle. We were knocking on doors with no street lights delivering Thanksgiving turkeys . I was so nervous and I said. Aren’t you afraid? Your in plain clothes and know one knows we’re here! You turned to me and said I would rather die doing something like this then sitting in front of a TV and die of a heart attack and never made a difference! That moment my respect for you was taken to another level and I was honored to support and stand by you through any project or event you felt was needed. Lives were impacted and changed ! I know mine was! I wish you a long happy career and thank you words just aren’t enough but so necessary 😊Always Cindy

Sorry this is (more than a) little late; things have been really hectic around my house and I’m really behind with the email among other things.

Phil, you have made a big difference in the sheriff’s office and it has not gone unnoticed at any level: local, state, or federal. You now have the opportunity to do for the 40th District what you did for the Sheriff’s office.

God bless you and your family! Good luck in your future endeavors.
